Driven by customers to create mutual expectation of the organization and through PDCA quality management circle to get advanced, quality policy of the company is to maintain working efficiency and effective management benefit orientation enterprise. Based on ISO 9001 quality management system, all members united with all the other management sources plan, develop and innovate to surpass customer's expectation, rising above the rules and regulations.
We also have complete QC equipments as above to make sure our product quality. The equipments are used for Drop impact test, Tensile Strength and Elongation Test Tensile, MI Testing Equipment, Yellowness & Color Difference Inspection and Weather-proof Test machine, etc.
ISO quality policy is thoroughly carried out in Sun Asia. Meanwhile, ERP and other management systems are applied to complete material and process management.
